Oberon’s other half is our take on a hop-forward American Wheat Ale. Titania explores the use of two of our favorite brewing ingredients - wheat malt and pungent American hops. Centennial hops in the kettle are followed by assertive dry-hopping with Mosaic, Citra, and others, resulting in an aromatic and flavorful beer that drinks like an American Wheat IPA.
