Brewed in collaboration with Oshkosh Corporation to celebrate their 100th Anniversary. This Imperial Stout is big, robust, black and strong. Pours a deep black pint with a tall dense tan/brown foam. The aroma is full of robust roasted barley character with subtle underlying dark fruit raisin and dark caramel. The flavor follows the aroma with a full body experience. The strong roasted presence keeps the flavor dry to keep the aggressive alcohol at bay. Finish is very smooth with lingering flavor of dry roast, and subtle fruity sweet. Hop perception is very low to non distinguishable.
